Mirai- Samurai 1- Clothing Iterations

Mirai's outfits encapsulates who is she is as a person. I tried to capture traditional clothing of the female Samurai warriors- “Onna Bugeisha”. They wore long Japanese robes with bold colours and heavy armour when going into battle. I wanted to portray Mirai as fearless but also have a sense of beauty to her with soft pastle colours in some of her outfits.
